The iStar (intelligence, surveillance, target acquisition and reconnaissance) was a developmental, scalable vertical takeoff and landing (VTOL) micro aerial vehicle (MAV).
It was developed as a DARPA Advanced Concept Technology Demonstrator (ACTD) initiative to meet the requirements for a Class II organic air vehicle in the U.S. Army's (since-cancelled) Future Combat System (FCS).
