The GFS-6a and the smaller GFS-7 prototype were the developmental stages of a Coanda-effect unmanned aerial vehicle designed for use by Britain's Ministry of Defense. (The GFS in the name stood for Geoff's Flying Saucer: Geoff Hatton was responsible for this design.)
