The Echo Hawk was an uncrewed aerial vehicle (UAV) developed for the U.S. Air Force as an airborne telemetry relay asset. The air vehicle was based on the Colyaer Martin 3 S100 light sports aircraft.
The air vehicle was equipped with a Rotax 914 constant-speed engine driving an alternator providing 2,880 W of power. It had a rear-facing propeller. The aircraft had an enclosed cockpit bay, a lower fuselage blister to accommodate antenna movement and winglets.
