RF-4 Phantom recon aircraft

The RF-4 Phantom is the reconnaissance version of the F-4 Phantom, one of the most versatile and widely flown fighter attack aircraft of the jet era (see separate database entry).

The RF-4 Phantom has radar and multiple cameras in its nose, a tandem cockpit, wing and fuselage attachment points for external fuel tanks or other stores, drooping tailplanes and a tail group mounted on a boom above the engine exhaust nozzles.
