The An-2 Coltis a widely flown, light utility transport biplane used for both military and civilian purposes. Colts can operate from unimproved airfields or from the water, and are noted for their short-takeoff-and-landing (STOL) capabilities, reliability and ruggedness. The design is also renowned for its stealth-like qualities when operated at its low cruising speed at low altitude.
