The United Arab Emirates has finalized a major contract with France for fighter jets and utility helicopters, reports France 24.
The 17 billion euro (US$19.3 billion) deal covers 80 Rafale fighters and 12 H225M Caracal helicopters, French officials said on Friday.
This is the largest order for Rafales since the type entered service in 2004.
