Major Deal Inked With France For Fighter Jets, Helicopters

The United Arab Emirates has finalized a major contract with France for fighter jets and utility helicopters, reports France 24.
The 17 billion euro (US$19.3 billion) deal covers 80 Rafale fighters and 12 H225M Caracal helicopters, French officials said on Friday.
This is the largest order for Rafales since the type entered service in 2004.
The deal covers Rafales in the F4 configuration, which is expected to conclude development in 2024, with deliveries to the U.A.E. anticipated...
