Textron Aviation Defense has received a contract modification from the U.S. Air Force for new basic trainers for Tunisia, reports the Dept. of Defense.
The US$90.7 million modification, awarded on June 30, covers eight T-6C Texan II trainers; spare parts; spare engines; support equipment; and training systems.
Work under the contract is scheduled to be completed by Sept. 30, 2026.
