The Israeli army has shelled positions in Lebanon after a pair of rockets were fired into northern Israel, reports the Times of Israel.
Early Tuesday, two rockets were launched from Lebanon into Israel’s Western Galilee region. One was intercepted by the Iron Dome rocket defense system and the other fell into an open area near the coast.
No injuries or damage were reported.
In response, the Israeli army shelled the site of the launches in the Wadi Hamoul region in Lebanon....
