At least four Iraqi soldiers have been injured in a missile attack on the Balad air base in the central Saladin province, reports Rudaw (Iraqi Kurdistan).
On Sunday, eight Katyusha rockets were fired at the base, said security officials.
At least two officers and two enlisted personnel were injured, reported Agence France-Presse.
Balad air base is the main facility for Iraq's F-16 fighter fleet, which is currently undergoing upgrades.
