Two Philippine soldiers have been killed and one wounded in clashes with communist rebels in the central Philippines, reports the Philippine Daily Inquirer.
Early Friday, soldiers from the 43rd Infantry Battalion fought militants from the New People's Army in a village near Calbayog City, Samar province.
