At least 16 people have been killed and seven wounded in a grenade attack on a camp for internally displaced persons (IDP) in Cameroon's Far North region, reports Reuters.
On Sunday, suspected Boko Haram assailants lobbed a grenade into a camp in Nguetchewe while people were sleeping, said local officials.
The attackers arrived with a woman who carried the grenade into the camp, the officials said.
