description

These French-built patrol craft were similar to Tunisia's ISTIKLAL and Morocco's EL SABIQ classes. The TICHITT was refitted in 1980 in Dakar and the DAR EL BARKA in 1982 in the Canary Islands. A small rescue boat was located abaft the pilot house on the main deck.
