The WOZANG-class mine countermeasures vessels (MCMV) currently in service with the People's Liberation Army Navy (PLAN) are designed for investigation, seabed monitoring, patrol and escort missions. HULL: The class displaces 584 metric tons at full load and measures 180-ft 5-in (55-m) long, with a beam of 30 ft 6 in (9.3 m) and a draft of 8 ft 6 in (2.6 m).
