The ODINN was an Icelandic coast guard vessel which served for almost 50 years. The ship was used for coastal patrol, interdiction, search-and-rescue (SAR) and most notably, fisheries protection. A helicopter was embarked for a few days in the summer months for servicing inaccessible lighthouses.
