These ships were commissioned between 1980 and 1982. All three ships were transferred to the Ukrainian border guard on loan in July 1992. They were stricken from the Russian border guard on July 5, 1994, and transferred to the Ukrainian border guard permanently later that year. The pennant numbers were changed in July 1990.
