This is the sole survivor of a class of four ships. Employed as a torpedo trials ship. Classified as "OS," "opitnoye sudno,"or experimental vessel. This design closely resembles the T-58 minesweeper, but the forecastle break is a lot further aft. The class was completed between 1971 and 197 4.

Active, and operating on Lake Ladoga, east of St. Petersburg.
