AN/SQS-510

The AN/SQS-510 is a hull-mounted or variable depth active sonar.

The sonar retains the SQS-505's "wet ends" (towed body or hull outfit). However, the original processing equipment is replaced by the newer and much more capable AN/UYS-501 digital signal processor and the AN/UYQ-501 digital color display.
