The Dutch ZW07 is a modified ZW06 lightweight, surface search (Zee Waarschuwing) radar for installation in submarines. Its design emphasizes surface search and navigation; the radar also has a limited air-search capability.

The solid-state transmitter is driven by a tunable magnetron. Compared to the ZW06, the peak power is lower and the pulse length is greater. The longer pulse permits the ZW07 to use a single pulse for ranging on surface targets.
