The PRV-16 Thin Skin B is a Soviet-era height-finding radar that is still in service in a number of countries. It was a follow-on to the PRV-9 Thin Skin. The radar is generally associated with SA-4, SA-6 and SA-8 surface-to-air missile systems.

The PRV-16 is deployed in trailer- and truck-mounted configurations. The system is often used with air search and surveillance radars, which provide complementary height altitude on detected targets.
