The NPM-510 is a mobile, three-dimensional air defense radar with a folding planar array antenna and an inflatable operations shelter. The antenna system is rotated in azimuth, but electronically scanned in elevation.

A static version of this radar is manufactured and designated NPG-880.

status

Information on the current status of this system is not available. It was last known to be in service with the (then) Japan Defense Agency. Current operational use is doubtful.
