The Air Power Australia website reported on July 17, 2010, that Iran had obtained 1L119 Nebo SVU radars, at least one of which had been observed during a public parade.

Russian air force officials said in November 2011 that the service would receive Nebo-M radar systems in 2012. The system had completed testing in 2011.
