The Low Blow (Russian: SNR-125) is the fire-control radar for the SA-3 Goa surface-to-air missile (SAM) system. The system is commonly used with Flat Face (Russian: P-15) or Squat Eye (Russian: P-15M) C-band target acquisition radars.
