The End Tray (Russian RMS-1) is a trailer-mounted meteorological radar associated with FROG-7 (Free Rocket Over Ground) battlefield support missiles and artillery batteries. The radars provided accurate weather data to help aim the unguided rockets.

The system has a parabolic dish tracker.

A typical FROG-7 battalion was equipped with a headquarters battery and two firing batteries, each with two transporter-erector-launchers and an End Tray long-range weather radar.
