Big Fred is a mobile Russian artillery and mortar-locating radar mounted on either the MT-LB multipurpose armored vehicle or the ACRV-2 tracked armored command reconnaissance vehicle. The system has high mobility and is used in forward lines, but lacks amphibious capability.
