Caiquen II was a radar warning receiver (RWR) designed for the Chilean air force. It consisted of eight line-replaceable units (LRU): four antennas, two radio frequency (RF) units, the system computer and the control/display unit.
Each antenna was connected to a wideband crystal video receiver to form one independent receiver unit. The receiver sent signals to the processor that could process pulse repetition frequencies (PRF) between 200 Hz and 12 kHz.
