The BOL 300 is a high-capacity chaff dispenser originally developed for installation into the LAU-7 Sidewinder launch rail. It can also be installed on the Frazer-Nash CRL (common rail launcher) and the ACMA MPRL (multipurpose rocket launcher).
BOL systems integrated with an LAU-7 launcher receive the NATO designation LAU-138. When integrated in an LAU-128, it is known as the AN/ALE-58.
