The AQ-861 is an airborne noise and deception jammer that is usually fitted to helicopters and small, fixed-wing aircraft, and is used for radar operator training. The system is modular and can be tailored to fit the platform. It can operate in two modes: white noise and range gate pull-off.

The AQ-861 can also be fitted to ships.
