The Down Beat** (Soviet Leninets PN) was an aircraft bombing and navigation radar employed to target the AS-4 Kitchen** anti-ship and later air-to-surface missiles. Its original platform was the Tu-22K (NATO Blinder -B**). A later version, the Leninets PNA, flew in the Tu-22M Backfire **.
