The SS-12 Scaleboard was a mobile, short-to-medium range, nuclear-capable ballistic missile formerly deployed at the front level of the Soviet army. It was called the TR-1 in Soviet service.
Mounted on the same MAZ-542 8 x 8 chassis as the Scud-B, the Scaleboard could be recognized by the environmental protective container that completely enclosed it. Also similar to the Scud, the Scaleboard used a liquid-fuel, single-stage rocket, but had greater range, throw-weight and accuracy....
