Laying depth was 9-167 ft (2.7-51 m); case depth from 2-9 ft (0.6-2.7 m). Minimum spacing distance between mines was 66 ft (20 m).
No longer in service.
Initial operational capability (IOC) was achieved in 1947. It was first reported in use in Korea in 1952. It was used by both Iran (as the Sadaf-01) and Iraq (as the Al Mara) in the Iran-Iraq war. U.S. forces still considered Iraqi MyaMs to pose a threat...
