The Russian SS-N-32 (previously SS-NX-30), or RSM-56 Bulava ("Mace"), is an intercontinental-range, submarine-launched, solid-propellant ballistic missile. It is a sub-launched version of the SS-27 Topol-M (see separate record), which represents a fourth generation of ballistic missile technology. The system is in service.
