The 107-mm Multiple Launch Rocket System Mobile Complex (MLRSMC) was developed by the Azerbaijani Ministry of Defense for export.

The system is based on a Ford F450 XLT 4 x 4 truck chassis with dual wheels at the rear. The vehicle is powered by a 400-hp, 6.7-liter intercooled turbo diesel engine at the front.
