The Ure tactical surface-to-surface missile, also known as the Korean Tactical Surface-to-Surface Missile (KTSSM), is a short-range weapon developed by the South Korean Agency for Defense Development (ADD) and Hanwha Group through the “Lightning Project,” which focused on countering North Korean artillery.
