The Hyunmoo II is an indigenous short-range ballistic missile in service with the South Korean army. It is optimized for use against static targets.

The missile is powered by a single-stage, solid-propellant motor.

The system features an 8 x 8 transporter-erector-launcher that carries a single Hyunmoo II missile in a rectangular container. The armored cab accommodates three crew members.
