The Hatf-7, or "Babur," is a Pakistani ground-launched, short-range, nuclear-armed cruise missile. A submarine-launched variant has also been developed. It is thought to have been based on reverse-engineered BGM-109 Tomahawk missiles recovered by Pakistan in 1998. The Hatf-7 was developed in response to India's development of cruise missiles.
