This six-barrel ASW rocket launcher was carried by one Soviet destroyer class (Modified KOTLIN class). Unlike other RBUs, its only firing mode was a six-rocket salvo, resembling the World War II "mousetrap" ahead-throwing weapons.
It was formerly designated the MBU-4500 by NATO.

No longer in service.
Initial operational capability was reached in 1962-63.
