The RK-360MC Neptune is a ground-based anti-ship missile system developed in Ukraine and based on the Russian Kh-35 anti-ship missile. It has a secondary ground attack capability. Ship- and air-launched variants have also been studied.

RK-360MC is the designation of the entire system, while the missiles are designated R-360.
