RBS 15

The Swedish RBS 15 (RoBot System) anti-ship missile is the replacement for the RB 08A (which is no longer in service). The RBS 15 is longer and heavier than the U.S. Harpoon or French Exocet anti-ship missiles but -- similar to those weapons -- it is a turbojet-driven "fire-and-forget" missile with an active radar seeker for terminal homing. The missile maintains its sea-skimming flight altitude with a radio altimeter.
