The CSS-C-7 Sadsack, known as the Hai Ying-4 (Sea Eagle-4) in Chinese service, is a midrange subsonic cruise missile that can be launched from ground, air or sea platforms. It is similar in configuration to the CSS-C-3 Seersucker (see separate record). Export versions are designated as C-201W.
