C-704 anti-ship missile

The C-704 is a short-range anti-ship missile developed by China. It is thought to be an upscaled variant of the C-701 missile, with a longer range and the same range of terminal seeker heads. The C-704 can be fitted to fast attack craft, ground launchers, attack aircraft and helicopters.

According to some sources, the C-704 was designed, developed and tested in China for local assembly in Iran.
