The SA-N-9 Gauntlet (Russian 9M330 Kinzhal) is a short-range, surface-to-air missile (SAM) fitted in several Russian warships. It is the naval version of the SA-15 Gauntlet.
It is part of the Klinok (export name for Grumble) defense system that also controls the 30-mm multibarrel close-in weapons system (CIWS). The SA-N-9 has a capability against anti-ship cruise missiles as well as aircraft.
