The SA-14 Gremlin (Russian: 9K34 Strela-3) is an improved version of the Soviet/Russian 9K32 Strela-2 (NATO: SA-7 Grail) shoulder-fired surface-to air missile (SAM). It has a more powerful motor and a cryogenically cooled (3.5 micron-5.0 micron) passive infrared homing seeker with proportional guidance.
