The AVC 195 (anti-vehicle charge) is a simple side-attack anti-tank mine. The warhead, which consists of explosives packed behind a heavy plate, is mounted on a stand to aid in aiming. It is designed to destroy lightly armored vehicles or helicopters.
The body is made from reinforced plastic and incorporates a matrix of ball bearings in the front face, backed by the explosive charge. A simple sighting arrangement is mounted on the top surface.
