The Gezgin has been developed as a testbed for the weaponization of uncrewed ground vehicles (UGVs). The vehicle utilizes technology developed for the larger Izci UGV produced by Turkey's Aselsan defense firm.
The Gezgin is a small, tracked vehicle intended for various applications, such as explosive ordnance disposal (EOD), armed response, observation and reconnaissance, logistics and communications relay. The tracks provide excellent maneuverability on rough terrain.
