Type 69 main battle tank

The Type 69 main battle tank (MBT) is an improved version of the previous Chinese Type 59. China built 150 of the initial model, the smoothbore 100-mm gun armed Type 69 I, before switching production to the more advanced Type 69 II. The Type 69 II features a dual-axis stabilized, rifled 100-mm gun and a more advanced fire-control system.
