T-80 main battle tank

The T-80 is an updated version of the T-64B main battle tank (MBT). It has a more reliable suspension design and a turbine powerplant in place of the opposed-piston diesel of the T-64. A Ukrainian version of the diesel-powered T-80UD was first shown in late 1993.
