The QL550 is a lightweight 4 x 4 armored vehicle designed to undertake a variety of roles such as reconnaissance, command and control, troop carrier, ambulance and riot control.

Additionally, the vehicle can serve as a weapon platform for anti-tank guided missiles or air defense missile systems. Its size and utility make it well-suited it for airborne or special operations missions.

The chassis was derived from 6 x 6 armored vehicles developed by China's North Industries Group...
