M47 VR GAMESA armored recovery vehicle

description

The M47 VR was a Spanish M47 tank modified by GAMESA to act as a recovery vehicle for the Spanish army. The turret was replaced with a casemate position on the left front hull and a hydraulic crane pivoting on the left front. Other equipment included a front-mounted dozer blade with ripper-scarifiers located on the rear of the blade.
