The C8 lightweight armored vehicle was developed for the Indian defense and security market. Designed by Arotech's armored division, MDT Armor, it was produced by Concord Safety Systems, a joint venture with Indian firms MKU and the JN Group.

The vehicle is based on an Indian 4 x 4 vehicle and Arotech's David vehicle, which is in service with the Israeli military. It can operate on all types of terrain while carrying up to six fully equipped troops in addition to the driver. The...
