The Czech OT-62 tracked armored personnel carrier (APC) is a joint development by the former Czechoslovakia and Poland based on the Soviet-built BTR-50 APC.
The OT-62, also known as the TOPAS, is almost identical to the command post version of the BTR-50 (the BTR-50PU), but has been given a more powerful engine, a side door in addition to roof hatches and is often fitted with a small turret.
